When did you start playing?
I started playing for a team when I was 17 years-old, so I have played for 5 years.
Clubs you have played?
Apollon Ladies (2012-2016), Chrisomilia Agiou Avrosiou (2016-2017) and Barcelona F.A. (2017…).
Highlight/ favorite moment?
At the cup final when I was playing for Apollon against Lefkothea. I assisted the winning goal at the last minute and we won the cup. I was coming back from a long time without playing because an injury, so that made it more special!
Yes, I’ve been part of Cyprus WNT since 2012. I’ve started playing to the U19 and in 2016 i was called up to WNT.
What’s the best part about playing in Cyprus?
The good weather!
And what do you believe is the big challenge about playing in Cyprus?
The big challenge about playing here, especially for young players, is to find the reason why to play? The answer is more about finding the motivation inside you and seting your own personal goals. The small duration of the championship makes it very difficult and there are not many teams in the same level to make the championship competive.
Any advice for the next generation of Cypriot players?
I advise the next generation to do what they love with all the passion and never give up on something they love to do! To work hard because dreams won’t happen unless you do!
