National Team?
Yes. My first training with Cyprus WNT when I was 12 years-old (in 2006). I’ve played my first official match in 2008 (U17).
What’s the best part about playing in Cyprus?
The best part about playing in Cyprus is the weather! 🙂
And what do you believe is the big challenge about playing in Cyprus?
The championship isn’t competitive, so there is no motivation. The players have to find it, they have to be themselves the motivation, be more disciplined in trainings and work out in their free time. Also the championship does not last for long. So the players have only practices (not matches) for a long period.
Any advice for the next generation of Cypriot players?
