Besides football, do you play another sport? I Snowboard. And I also used to play basketball, badminton and volleyball.
One dream: For women’s football to get the attention and respect that it deserves around the world.

When did you start playing?
I started playing when I was 4 years old.

Kitchener Spirit, Burlington Flash, Waterloo Hawks, Toronto Lynx, Ottawa Fury, Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks (Canadian University), Doncaster Rovers Belles (England), Verona Calcio Femminile (Italy), FC Neunkirch (Switzerland), Apollon Ladies FC.
Highlight/ favorite moment?
Playing for my country. And winning the Swiss League and Cup with FC Neunkirch in 2017.
National Team?
U20 Canadian National Team, played in the 2008 U20 Women’s World Cup in Chile 4 Caps with the Senior Canadian National Team.
What’s the best part about playing in Cyprus?
The weather.
And what do you believe is the big challenge about playing in Cyprus?
Not enough people know about women’s football here and there isn’t enough exposure or attention given to the league and the different clubs. More money should be invested into the women’s game to create more interest for young girls and subsequently more competition for the league.
Any advice for the next generation of Cypriot players?
Keep working hard and stand up for your rights as football players.
